Cast Head Games, making target opponent search for a bunch of big ugly sorceries (that they have enough mana to cast) or detrimental permanents. Then, at the beginning of that opponent's upkeep, cast Word of Command.

Word of Command can make players cast sorceresses during their upkeep, draw step, etc (at weird times. Look up the ruling on gatherer).

Use Word of Command to make them cast one of their best sorceries in the most diabolical way (good with life bidding stuff, like pain's reward). Remember, don't search for instants because they can cast them in response to Word of Command, giving you less mana to cast their spells.

Actually they can only play cards they can "legally" play, meaning you have to wait for their main phase to cast a sorcery.
