Cast Necrologia at the end of your turn paying a ton of life (up to you), discard as many creature cards as you can, then either cast Twilight's Call during the next turn if you can or wait until your next turn to cast it.

Songs of the Damned is a good way to get that instant cast, especially if you draw it with Necrologia.
