Play cadaverous bloom, play well of knowledge (probably using cadaverous bloom's ability), then during your next draw step you can exile a card from your hand to draw a card as many times as you want, drilling through your deck to find the perfect hand.

If you have some spell that allows you to draw cards at instant speed, you can use that to draw more cards during the draw step, then use those for mana with Cadaverous Bloom's ability.
