Time Stop is a stand in for Glorious End (Amonkhet, Mythic Rare).

After dropping Hive Mind, at your opponent's upkeep, cast Glorious End. The effect of Hive Mind will create a copy casted by your opponent which will end up resolving first, thus ending your opponent's turn with the added benefit that they lose the game at the end of your next turn.

Technically it's even better than you say. You can cast your Glorious End any time after Hive Mind and get the result you want!

You cast Glorious End
Hive Mind triggers, adda Opponent's copy on top of yours

Their copy resolves and ends the turn. This removes your copy from the stack and exiles it.

At the beginning of your opponent's next end step (because they control the copy the 'your' means them) they will lose the game!

Downside is it doesn't work in multiplayer because when one Glorious End resolves all the others get exiled.

I get around that problem by using Omniscience + Venser, Shaper Savant + Panharmonicon to bounce each copy of the glorious end that would resolve before the active player's copy.

Explained further in my BadMtgCombos reddit post:

Sheen, that requires, at a minimum, 10 mana to hard cast it, or a way to cheat it into play. And that's not counting if it resolves in the first place.
