Combine this with

Sundial of the Infinite Sire of Insanity

End your turn before you have to discard, then, in opps upkeep your Hand is saved by the cloister and in your upkeep you get it back.
Practically you have your hand during your turns.

I've seen the Bottle/Sire combo elsewhere, but the inclusion of the sundial is a really nice touch.
