You will need Varolz, the Scar-Striped, and an optional Corpsejack Menace
With Varolz and Putrid Imp out, discard the juggernaut and death's shadow, scavenge with one mana to put 10+ +1/+1 counters on a creature. double effect with corpsejack menace

*edit: phyrexian dreadnought, not phyrexian juggernaut
