Get out Near-Death Experience. Use Hex Parasite's ability over and over, choosing and paying 0 for X until you have one life and win. If can't get to one life, use Whitesun's Passage and you will be able to.

He says you to use this as a way to get an odd number. I suggest you to get angel's grace and silence in hand to protect you from a possible direct damage from your opponents. So he casts a direct damage to you, you answer with silence and after this get angel's grace. No way to escape.

SILENCE DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY SPELLS CAST BEFORE IT RESOLVES. IT CAN BE RESPONDED TO WITH BURN AND CAN'T COUNTER ANYTHING.
