City of Brass= Illusionist's Bracers. Equip Illusionist's Bracers to Aphetto Alchemist, tap and untap Palladium Myr for infinite colorless mana with the alchemist, Then infinitely tap and untap Ashnod's Cylix to exile the opponent's deck.

Another card to play for backwards mill and zombies is cellar door. Figured this is a more humorous way to do it and mill the deck lol.

Vedalken Engineer would be a good substitute if you are going to Keep it mono blue and cast sunburst artifact creatures.
 Stuffy Doll is stressed in several combos on this site, but with the Alchemist und the Bracers it get's a great comeback!-)
