Shatter is Vandalblast from RTR
Vandalblast (if its overload cost is paid) says to destroy each artifacts you dont control.
Mycosynth Lattice makes EVERYTHING artifacts.
So basically it destroys all permanents you dont control for 4R. Awesome.

Nice combo :). When gatecrash comes out, it'll probably be modified to control everything, then destroy everything else, and win because of artifacts.
