Cast bloodchief Ascension, get the counters on it so it's active. Cast traumatize on an opponent. Unless they have very little library or a crap ton of life, they die when traumatize resolves because the they lose 2 life for each card milled from bloodchief.

It's not a terrible angle to work on, but it needs tweeking to be really lethal.
Maybe Dark Feast? Going off in a tri-color angle, Dark Feast would take a chuck of their deck and turn it into life for you. It's tri, and it's relying on your opponent's creatures, but it doesn't require the three turns that the Bloodchief does.
I think those three turns are my only real problem here. Isn't there a card that doubles counters? That might be a direction to consider, too. Just bypass the extra turns required, and have the Bloodchief coming into play, primed from the get-go.
All these criticisms aside - this is an original combo, and I love you for submitting an original idea. Cheers. ^^
