Tap the Doomsayer for a Human token, then in response tap the Captain to untap the Doomsayer. When the Token comes into play, your Captain untaps itself.

1U: Put a Human Token into play.

Perhaps underwhelming in Standard, but I think it pairs well with all of those ETB effects in Avacyn Restored, like Cathar's Crusade, Champion of Lambholt, even Champion of the Parish.

I'm going to give this one props, too. I'm a huge fan of tokens in general, but a standard token generator, with the Selesnya coming out as they are? That's very, very pro.
