Take am extra turn with 4 mana or have board to skittles all to himself for infect damage.

Great card if u got skittles as an edh general, just save 2 mana for regeneration

Not really a combo. I think what they are trying to suggest is you can have Lethal Vapors in play and cast Skithiryx on top of, it if you pay a total of 3BBBB, regenerating it as it comes into play. And if you already have Skithiryx in play by itself, casting Lethal Vapors keeps its path clear, otherwise an opponent pays the 0 cost, giving you an extra turn to attack.

Synergy if you have the mana, but not really a combo. Gonna be tough to have Skithiryx in play alone with Lethal Vapors.

"Yolo" is not the correct response to anything.

However, "Fuck the police!" or "Carpe Dium" are the correct response to anything. Violence works well too!

Actually, Jester is the first person in ages to use 'yolo' correctly, which is to say dismissing the failure of an ambitious but dumb idea as not that big of a deal.
