Requires either 2 prism or 2 training grounds.  Add counters to the prism by proliferating, then use those counters to proliferate.

Unfortunately 2 training grounds wouldn't reduce the cost to 0 :(. You'd still have to pay U. Also 2 prisms wouldn't work either since there's nothing reducing the cost of the proliferation, you'd need to remove 4 counters to add 2 (1 on each). The only way I could see this working is 2 training grounds and 1 prism with more than 1 counter on it to begin with. However, if you were playing mono blue, your stupid ass sunburst would only give you 1 counter which you'd need to remove in order to proliferate all other permanents with counters; unfortunately the prism no longer has a counter on it. So really you'd need this in a 2 colour deck and you'd need 2 training grounds a prism and a viral drake. So once every 500 years when the stars align and you're super lucky for no good reason, this could potentially work.

-Edit- Actually, I take that back. This is doable if you have two prisms, and aren't playing mono-colored.

Training Grounds in play, Viral Drake in play, cast both Prisms using (say) a blue and a black, so that they have two charge counters each.

From that point on, you just remove a counter from each prism, and then Proliferate, putting new counters on the Prisms. You remove those counters, and Proliferate.

^^ It works perfectly, and it could be pulled off. It's not as clean as most combos here, but it would work.

Hypno, make sure to mention things like 'cast the prisms with two sorts of mana' when you describe your combos. :D -/edit-

You could splash green for doubling season, letting you use blue for sunburst but get two counters. And if you use GU its 4.
