This is nice and easy. Have the Thought Prison and March of the Machines in play, and then play Followed Footsteps. Each Thought Prison that comes into play is more damage your opponent has to take just to cast spells. You get to exile cards from your opponent's hand in the meanwhile. Good fun all around.

Have you considered just using other copy devices like Sculpting Steel, Mirrorworks, Phyrexian Metamorph, that sort of thing? This seems like an unusual way of doing this (although certainly effective).

Honestly, I like this way just because it's open-ended enough to add other artifact combos in.
If you see more efficient ways of using my general ideas,
do it.
