Play prismatic lace on bloom tender to make it all colors, tap it for 5 mana, use one blue for twiddle to untap bloom tender and tap again for 5 mana, pay 1 more blue and use the door.

Target player loses the game

:D I like it!

-edit- Add another Prismatic Lace, and you can pay for the Door to Nothingness the turn before you pull off the combo. Did I mention I liked this? -/edit-
