(1) have all of the cards in play
(2) Tap Cauldron to give Dross and the rest of your creatures other than Quillspike persist
(3) sacrifice all persist creatures to Phyrexian Altar for green/black mana which in turn untaps Cauldron since Dross died
(4) those creatures return to battlefield and with the altar mana you can pay for Quillspike to remove their -1/-1 counters
(5) repeat
You can replace Glorious Anthem with any artifact creature with toughness >=2. Then you would only sacrifice creatures with toughness >=2 (and not Quillspike or Dross)

Ack - so many cards!
I do like the combo, and it is fluid. Honestly, though, 'infinite enters battlefield' can be done a lot of ways, and with fewer cards.
Think green. ^^ Elvish Soultiller + Verdant Succession + Phyrexian Altar - same thing, three cards, all mono-colored/colorless. Infinite enters battlefield coupled with infinite mana. Swap out the Phyrexian Altar for an Altar of Dementia
- now you have infinite enters battlefield plus infinite mill.
I *do* like your combo, and I do see that it could work. I just think there are less intensive ways to get the same result. :D
