This combo has: Seance, Mirror-Mad Phantasm and Laboratory Maniac.

Have Seance and Laboratory Maniac on the field with your ONE (in your whole deck) Mirror-Mad Phantasm in your graveyard. Use Seance's ability to exile Mirror-Mad, pay 1{U} to search your library for another Mirror-Mad (which you won't find). Your entire library goes to the grave. Maybe add a Ponder or any kind of draw card or wait until your next draw phase and you win the game. :)
