Mountain is Flayer of the Hatebound from Dark Ascension
Makeshift Mannequin is Unburial Rites from Innistrad

Found another on the rules sites :).  You can use this with another Flayer or any Clone-esque creature instead of the Metamorph, and you can use any effect that brings the creature back from the G/Y like Animate Dead.

With a Flayer on the battlefield and a Phyrexian Metamorph in the Graveyard, cast Unburial Rites on the Metamorph.  Have it enter as a Flayer and it will trigger for both itself and the existing flayer.  Have both flayers target Each Other.  One will kill the other and it will come back with a +1/+1 counter.  When it does it will trigger both flayers again, have each target the opponent for a total of 10 damage.  The flayer that hasn't come back yet dies to the trigger from the other and it undies for another 10 damage!  See the process below :)

Cast Unburial Rites on Metamorph
Metamorph comes back as a flayer and two flayer triggers go on the stack:

Flayer A targeting Flayer (clone) B
Flayer (clone) B targeting Flayer A

Flayer clone gets killed by the trigger and triggers undying from the Graveyard

Phyrexian Metamorph Undying trigger
Flayer (clone) B targeting Flayer A

Undying Trigger resolves bringing the clone back as a Flayer

Flayer A targeting the opponent to have Flayer (clone) B deal damage = power to opponent
Flayer B targeting the opponent to have Flayer (clone) B deal damage = power to opponent
Flayer (clone) B targeting Flayer A

Both triggers resolve one after the other, each dealing damage equal to the power of the clone Flayer with a +1/+1 counter to the opponent for a total of 10 damage

Flayer (clone) B targeting Flayer A

Trigger resolves killing the real Flayer

real Flayer Undying trigger

Undying Trigger resolves bringing the real flayer back

Flayer A targeting the opponent to have Flayer (clone) B deal damage = power to opponent
Flayer B targeting the opponent to have Flayer (clone) B deal damage = power to opponent

Both triggers resolve one after the other, each dealing damage equal to the power of the real Flayer with a +1/+1 counter to the opponent for a total of 10 damage and if 20 damage wasn't enough, you've got 2 5/3 creatures :).  Cast Unburial Rites again if you need to do some more.

Not bad find for a standard deck.

quick question, how does the undying trigger keep happening? just because you kill the flayers doesn't mean the +1/+1 counter put there previously goes away.

It only triggers once for each creature.  The first time a creature comes back from the GY it's not because of the undying, it's because of the Ritual so it won't come back with a +1/+1 counter.  When it enters as a copy of the Flayer, both the original flayer and itself will trigger and aim at each other.  When each one dies, it will undie back to the battlefield.  Because it enters the battlefield as a creature that entered from the GY you will get 2 triggers for each one for a grand total of 4 triggers.  With each trigger pinging for 5 damage that will be 20 in all :)

:D I was just looking of my flayer, wondering if there was some great way to exploit it.
