Drop three land, use violent outburst to cascade into hypergenesis and drop magister sphinx to make your opponents life 10 followed by one (or two for the kill) Bogardan Hellkite and Emrakul, the Aeons Torn to to add insult to injury.

 

Note the lowest mana cost in your deck to make this work has to be three converted mana.

well it cost less like a land it hads no CMC but it is not a land so its CMC is 0

No, there are cards with a converted mana cost of 0. This card has no converted mana cost.

So are lands... it has no CMC... And yes you can cascade to spells with no cmc like hypergenesis... I like the Restore balance deck... it's good...
