Balustrade Spy
Flying
When Balustrade Spy enters the battlefield, target player reveals cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals a land card, then puts those cards into his or her graveyard.
The question I have is if I'm playing a manaless deck and was able to play Balustrade Spy, choosing myself do I win? Reading the card as I see it and understanding the rules how can I resolve its coming into play ability if I have lands? If it can't resolve the game comes to a stall, you cant do anything unless its a instance or something to disrupt the Spy. Please help clear this up.

Consider this, how would you prove you don't have lands if you can't reveal them, the ability has to resolve, here is basically what happens
when an ability resolves it will try to do as much as possible in the order it is written.
So when the spy's abiity resolves you will revel a card see its not a land so reveal the next one, reveal not a land, reveal not a land, reveal not a land, etc... when it gets to the last card it will reveal see its not a land then the ability then says to itself (or it would say this if you did reveal a land in the process) "I can't reveal anymore, I completed as much as possible with that part of the ability now move to the next part" everything revealed is sent to grave
You just milled yourself
does that clear it up?

He's right, I have errata to prove it:

If the target player has no land cards in his or her library, all cards from that library will be revealed and put into his or her graveyard.

When does Innistrad cycle out? And, will M13 be cycling out with it? I'm terrible with keeping track of what block and/or core set cycles out...

They'll only be considered Modern legal (or legal in whatever sets the cards originally came from).
