When will database be updated for latest cards? I try to submit combos with gatecrash cards in them, but they are not available.

I didn't want to bother delving any further than this for the last "What we'd like from the forums" thread, but I want to say that liked the notion of having the ability to refine the search.
Searching for colors and "infinites" sounded great, but I'd also like to see things like "life, damage, life loss, tokens, ETB, Storm, combat phases, and amount of cards minus basic lands (which would be hard given our proxy system).


...is there a possibility that we could buy this site to try to get this stuff in here ourselves? I mean, I'm no savant when it comes to html, but I've made over 140 pages in my lifetime, less than 20 with cookie cutter system, and about half of the remainder was done by straight up typing in a .txt file. If I can do that, I know other people here still using the site could do better. There are adverts on this page, so I know that is cutting the expenses of the site, so the question is, what would the buying price be?

I can also understand not wanting to sell this as it was your idea and all, but how about hiring someone to do the updates (or hiring someone to make a program to autocreate new database entries every time Gatherer is updated)?

The internet says that mtgcombos generates about  .22-.30 in ads daily, and has an annual value of about $125. If you doubled that, I doubt Sync could say no.
