I didn't check for every single twosided card, but the Archdemon of Greed seems to be the only one. I can only assume that this was a big reason why it took so long to get any of Innistrad block. I am assuming at this point, but I think that Sync/whoever else that enters the cards into the database didn't quite know how to display these cards.
I think this is where our opinions might help.

I'm all for the cards having their pictures right next to each other during pop-up.
As far as searches, both names would link to a singular page, hence two names for one entry.
At that entry, the way that Erayo, Soratami Ascendant is listed would be just fine. Just put the "back" picture directly under the first.

Other thoughts?

I don't think anyone would mind as long as the pictures would pop up correctly.

It'd just be easier to show whatever side of the card people name specifically, maybe with a note on it's card page that it's a flip card.

I'd love to really brainstorm about this, but the idea that Sync would get the card database up and functional is kind of ridiculous in and of itself. :D
