If u summon elvish piper and u pass the turn can u activate its ability on your opponents turn or does it have summoning sickness.

:D

Assuming this is a serious question, you'd have to wait a turn, as the Piper would have summoning sickness, and couldn't activate any tap abilities.

That said, if you we're to use a card like Concordant Crossroads, Piper would come into play hasted, and as such unaffected by summoning sickness - you could activate the ability.

Here is another one if u have two vigors does that cancel out the abilities for both vigors. Do they get +1/+1 or nothing at all, cause it says all creatures but vigor.

It's the same as saying 'other than this card'. One Vigor could target the other, and allow either Vigor to prevent damage/add counters.

However, only one Vigor would trigger for any other creatures in play (which is to say, you would only put 1*(x*[+1/+1]) counters out, not 2*(x*[+1/+1]) counters [where x equals damage dealt]).

If u have emrakul, the aeons torn with true conviction does that give it annihilator 12?

Nope. Annihilator activates when that creature attacks, and has nothing to do with how many times he hits.
702.84a Annihilator is a triggered ability. "Annihilator N" means "Whenever this creature attacks, defending player sacrifices N permanents."
You'd 'only' get Emrakul causing 15+15 damage, and gain 30 life.

With apologies to your brother, it doesn't work. Safe Passage only prevents damage. Phyrexian Rebirth is a destroy effect, not a damage effect.

Now I'm positive you're trolling - plus, your specific brand of near illiterate English is awfully familiar. /:D

To answer your question, no. Destroy effects can't be mitigated by damage prevention effects. The only way to do that is to regenerate your creatures, or give the creature indestructability.

Well, since this is here, I'm going to ask a question. I really don't understand the difference between a card with one X in it's casting cost compared to one with two. For an example I'd like to refer to Entreat the Angels. The regular cost is XXWWW while it's Miracle cost is XWW. Besides it being one less white mana, I really don't understand the difference. This has been plaguing me for quite some time and it would be nice to finally get an answer to my query!

it just means you have to play double X to get X... if you want X to be 3, you have to pay 6... but for the miracle cost (whatever miracle it requires to play it LOL), you get the same effect for less... Get it, scotty?

Bingo. It's just like a math formula - the value of X must remain consistent throughout the whole of the equation.

My turn for a question. My opponent plays a non-hasty creature. On my turn, I use Mind Control (or Beguiler of Wills, or something like that) on that creature. Can I attack/tap with the creature? I know Act of Treason etc. gives it haste, so does that need to be explicitly stated?

That creature would still suffer from summoning sickness, until the other player's next turn.
Not knowing that before ended costing me a game on DotP '13. ^^;

Just wanted to clear this up-on DOTP 2013, a creature with regen. attacked and I killed it. The cpu regened it, and it was still attacking. I dont think that's how it works. Please correct me on this.

so it attacked and then you killed it with a doom blade or the like, In which case it should have been removed from combat.  sounds like a glitch

Say I give Hellhole Flailer undying. I sacrifice it using its ability so it comes back with a +1/+1 counter on it. Can I still use its unleash ability to give it another +1/+1 counter? I honestly don't see why not.

Yes you can still Unleash cause you choose to Unleash when it enters the battlefield.

Now I have a question. When I Transmute a card do I have to search out a card with the same exact mana cost or can I search out any card that costs the same amount of mana.

Q: How much would you laugh at the caster of Enter the Infinite, if immediately after they played it, you cast Time Stop then played Black Vise on your turn?

I'm pretty sure it works, but if I use Fling on a creature with Wild Defiance on the board (under my control), wouldn't it give the +3/+3 before it dies?

Unfortunately, no. Fling doesn't target the creature you sacrifice, it says, "as an additional cost". You do get to choose the creature, but you don't target it.
