There are so many its hard to narrow it down to one. Some that stick out are
Browbeat -im a sucker for punisher cards
Vanish into memory
Clone-or any of his breathern
Hymn to tourach

Loyal Cathar / Unhallowed Cathar - Awesome flavour. Captures the INN/DKA setting perfectly. The flavour text is actually really haunting.

Blazing Archon - Simply epic. Great name, great art, great effect and the best flavour text in the game.

Rafiq of the Many - To call the art breathtaking is an understatement. The card itself is also quite fun. Distortion Strike for the win?

Eternal Witness - Just about perfect. Very strong, but not broken. Gorgeous art, great name and fitting flavour text.

Jaya Ballard, Task Mage - Great design. A planeswalker before planeswalkers. Hotness personified, plus she can OHK Jace.

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir - As someone who played between Mirage and Apocalypse, I couldn't have imagined a more perfect card for someone as well known as Teferi.

Vindicate - So simple, but so awesome. The incredible flavour (the climax of the Weatherlight cycle) doesn't hurt. I'm hoping for a Gatecrash reprint.
