Hmm, my favorite cereal, Gristle-bran (chewy goodness that makes you poop) with Omniscience.  I stole it from a player at mtgsalvation.com, but I don't mind sharing ;)

or Tamiyo's Emblem, Omniscience, and ANY burn spell.

or just for spite, Tamiyo's Emblem+Omniscience+Manamorphose+Grapeshot  :)  get twice as much mana as you have cards in your library, cast everything else in you library as many times as you want, then grapeshot a few hundred thousand times and let the triggers from the Storm(s) resolve :)

Edit: OOH, just thought of this, play every card you own in your entire magic collection in a casual format!!!  Tamiyo's Emblem+Omniscience+Research(Research//Development)+Think Twice+Battle of Wits.  With the Emblem and Omniscience out cast Research until you've shuffled every card you can get your grubby hands on into your library of now hopefully more than 10,000 cards :).  Draw it all with the Think Twice and CAST EVERYTHING YOU OWN!!!!
If you want you can also just play with Battle of Wits and destroy them.  I'd love to see you, instead of shuffling in all cards you own, shuffle in 1000 Battle of Wits into your library, not much chance of missing playing it then:))

And for those who think you can't grab cards from your binders in a casual game: 
10/1/2009: In a sanctioned event, a card that's "outside the game" is one that's in your sideboard. In an unsanctioned event, you may choose any card from your collection.

I believe this allows you to play everything in your deck, while only really needing white mana. If you are worrying about discarding in white, aside from artifacts, you can always just use Bazaar of Baghdad.

You want a win condition? Alright. After you have played your multiple Decrees of Silence for free and played almost every card in your deck, Orim's Chant your opponents (For things like Urza's Rage or Last Word) and then play all your atogs, give them haste, sacrifice all but the decrees to the hasting Atogatog and swing for a buttload! (have some stifles ready in case of cycling abilities).

Is that enough description, or would you like a comphrensive list?

@Hedsak

If you include memnite and infernal plunge, you'll have no problem dropping the Omniscience once you get the emblem...but then again in that case you really don't even need Omniscience...
