Pretty straight forward deck:

Accellerate with enchant lands, temporal mastery from the top/ savor the moment (if you have an additional land to play and need it) and rites of flourishing.

Gain tempo with khalni garden tokens.

Cast a "time walk" every turn while deploying multiple lands/ramping with garruk + enchanted lands, drawing multiple cards with howling mine effects.

Kill with garruk tokens + khalni garden tokens + garruk ultimate.

add Wheel of Sun and Moon for having enough Cards in your lib and paying the buyback cost in late game.
I think your ramp is not fast enough...

Try it out, it's better than it looks ;P
Travis Woo on CFB upped a couple of videos with a similar list... mine is just more focused on the time walk thing. I don't like his doubling season + jace wombo combo.
