With Aggravated Assault, Gemhide Sliver, Synchronous Sliver and at least 3 other slivers in play, tap all your Sliver's to take a second combat and main phase. This will untap all of your slivers, repeat this process for as many combat phases as you want and swing over and over again with your vigilant beasties.

On a side note, if you have more than 5 slivers in play, you can net infinite mana too by tapping them all for mana.
