Training Ground, Khalni Gem, Filigree Sages. Loses to spot removal but since you're mono-blue you can run negate and dispel. Tezzeret for fetching the artifacts, and lots of draw spells to get the combo pieces. Hardest one to get is the training ground so run 4. Once you have those 3 pieces you can mind spring for your deck to draw your win condition.
