NOTE: You'll need at least 2 Rites of Flourishing in play in order to achieve infinite turns, but even with just one, you should be able to have plenty of turns.

1) Play the game until you've got at least 3 islands, 3 more mana sources, Crucible of Worlds, and Rites of Flourishing x2 into play. It's up to you how you last to that point.

2) Once you get a Walk the Aeons into your hand, play it with the buyback cost. Then, assuming you haven't played any land yet, play the three islands you sacrificed from your graveyard.

3) On your next turn, wash, rinse, repeat.

Eventually you should be able to draw additional Rites (assuming you play with more than 2), play more lands, and go into your win conditions. Note that you will need something to stop yourself from losing the game from drawing all your cards with your infinite turns – a couple Reminisce or a Platinum Angel do a good job at that, IMO.

Even with only 1 rites in play you can play 2 islands from your graveyard the turn you buyback the aeon. When you take the extra turn from the aeon, play the third land. This leaves you with 1 land played and aeon in your hand, play it again with buyback and play one of the lands in the graveyard. Take the extra turn from aeon, and play the last two lands from your graveyard. Play the aeon again with buyback and you've got 3 islands in your graveyard and have already played all you can this turn, but you've been able to play aeon 3 times for 3 turns and should have a pretty big hand to work with =).
