Play Panoptic Mirror, then imprint the Beacon of Tomorrows on it.

Now you always have another turn when it is your upkeep which means you can keep taking turn after turn after turn unless your opponent manages to destroy your Panoptic Mirror in some way.

Beacon is a little expensive, I'd probably try imprinting something like Temporal Extortion or Walk the Aeons, or if you wanted to play it in vintage time walk is hot. Another possibility is the old classic of both a Final Fortune and Angel's Grace each on an Isochron Scepter.
