Play several low cost, or single use creatures and sacrifice them to bloodthrone when pawn of ulamog is out. Get several eldrazi spawn then sacrifice them to multikick the chalice.

not saying it's incredibly efficent, but it does produce plenty of mana.

Another viable option is to have a creature with devour sac a lot of creatures, so you get a beefed up creature and eldrazi spawn for the extra mana.

You don't even need the chalice, you can just cheat eldrazi into play. Another fun idea would be to add butcher of malikir to not only summon your massize eldrazi, but to get the opponent to sac their creatures as well.
