When you have both the call of the wild, thousan year elixir, and either the Priest of Titania or the Wirewood Channeler. You can start the combo.
This is assuming you have a nice handful of elves already out in play, tap either the priest or the channeler for mana and play the call of the wild ability as many times as you can. each creature you reveal with then come into play. With the Elixer, if you have any more priests or channelers come out, you can use their mana ability right away, pumping out even more creatures than the last time.
After you have built up enough elves in play, you can then generate enough red mana with the channeler to finish off your opponent.
Other X Burn Spells work nicely as well, I.E. Ghitu fire, Banefire, and many more.
You can also use creatures that you can pump mana into to do crazy things, I.E. Ambassador Laquatis, and Sliver Queen.
It also helps to generate mana with creatures that can untap, I.E. Seeker of Skybreak, and Patron of the Orochi.
This is a combo i have had with me for a while, and i would love to see other people playing this combo, cause a deck like this VS on another is crazy with the number of elves in play. LOL.
The deck was inspired by a friend who had orignaly used Concordiante Crossroads(I think i spelled that wrong) instead of the elixir, but giving every creature that comes into play haste is very scary.
If anyone has any ideas to make this combo even more devestating let me know =) I think i have come up with everything, but who knows

Well mana reflection could be usefull, I'm currently running a deck that uses priest of titania w/ gaea's embrace enchanting a chameleon collosus to make a huge trampler, but I guess maybe upwelling could be helpful to some extent?

The cards are useful, but not really needed. Thinking about it with probability in mind, if you started off the Call of the Wild ability without the upwelling or mana reflection in play, then you have the possiblity to reveal that card and have it go to the graveyard. In essence you need to get the combo out as fast as you can. Haveing the enchantments would be nice, but is not needed for the combo to go off.
I have thought of the cards, lol i have like 2 of each of them, but it takes up the place for potential elves that will increase the mana gain for titania and channeler
