Play Possessed Portal and Necropotence. Then, you can use the ability of Necropotence to put cards into your hand without actually drawing them.

The vast seperation in mana cost kinda makes this a poor combo.

I remember having an argument over possessed portal.
Now, by end of each turn it means each individual player's turn correct? So if there were say, 6 people playing, everyone would sacrifice 6 permanents by the time the turn goes full circle?
I've test played that and it works well with saproling decks, being able to get cards in your hand afterwards is bonus.

your right end of turn is each turn so yes if you have an empty hand you would sac 6 permanants if there are 6 players
