Umm, you know, there is an easier way to do this,  any Pinger (prodigal pyromancer, sparkmage, Ligtning ball crafter, etc) gorgon flail or basilisk collar, and thornbite stuff, then to make it nasty throw in ligtning greaves. for shroud and haster, make sure to equip lightning greaves last!
