No, because that would be multi-colored. Stabbing Pain would be obvious.

stabbing might make it mono colored but binding is more obvoius, black doesn't have alot of tap a creature cards so it would be harder for a some to realize that as opposed to play bu or bw

on a side note: Seriously, this combo hasn't been posted before, this is like the first combo i every played
