You can add Frozen Aether or Loxodon Gatekeeper to have your opponents permanents come into play tapped.

Of course this goes well with cards like Angelic Benediction, Ballyknock trapper, Goldmeadow Harrier, Icy Manipulator, Scepter of Dominance, and Trip Noose among others.
