Well, the hardest thing i've seen with the elderazis is their rediclously high casting cost. Granted that with abilities like take an extra turn and anilator 6 are worth 15 mana... I would like to cast my Emrakul, the Aeons Torn with 5 mana, not only do I put it into play this way, but unlike other ( cheating it into play ) methods it acctually gets cast, meaning I get all the cool abilities, unlike Elvish Piper or Summoning Trap where all you get is a 15/15 flying ect...

I prefer using shard convergence, less immediate gain, but better in the long run.

Just add Prismatic Omen for 1G. Cheap, long lasting, and mana fixer.

i use elvish pipers and seedborn muse in my eldrazi deck
