I know... It's very expensive...

If you have the 10 mana required for time stretch, the 5 it takes to get it back is nothing. I like this combo, although I don't think you would ever need infinite turns in magic. The only way you could really make this more effective would be to find ways to make Time Stretch cost less, or find ways to play it without having to pay it's mana cost.
