Play Tempting Wurm to allow your opponent to play a bunch of cards for free. If they do, then use Jokulhaups to destroy them all.
If they think you might be up to something and don't play into it, then you get a 5/5 for just 2 mana.

If any opponet plays at least 3 or more cards then this gives card advantage. If they play 8 or more mana for free you get tempo advantage. It works.

You must take into consideration that all players lose thier lands and artifacts as well, which might prove un-profitable for you

By the time you have 6 mana, this would probably be unprofitable to everyone. You're better off using a card that doesn't hit lands.

The other possibility is to use Jokulhaups like it was intended, and have some sort of devastating enchantment out that will pwn your enemies while everyone is trying to recover from the haups.
