Wait, what? Speak English man!

If you're trying to suggest using Dream Halls to play Eldrazi by discarding a Welding Jar, it doesn't work (at least not for the big colourless Eldrazi) - Colourless is NOT a colour, so it is impossible to discard a card with the same colour for Dream Hall's replacement cost.

Stupid house rules. People keep playing eldrazi that way seeing as it shares every color that the eldrazi have. We view it not as being colorless but as it having no color to match up with

Yup, you can't play eldrazis with Dream halls unless you have a Painter's servant in play...
What makes Dream Halls good is that it is considered casting so other abilities of Eldrazis that triggers when casted will trigger using Dream Halls...

Dream Halls would also work with Eldrazi if you were using Celestial Dawn. This combo allows you to discard any card to play any card.
