You play both a green and blue spell, so it let's you draw the creature card that you put on the top!

Well, you can do with each creature that is green and blue, not only with the Simic Guildmage. And this "combo" doesn't let you win.

Lol. A combo is not cards that work together that 'let you win', it's cards that compliment each other's abilities. At the same time, the combo here is essentially any blue and green creature with Mormir, which is not exactly rocket science :)
