Pretty simple combo. And not very high casting costs, unlike most combos on here.
Put Mesmeric Orb into play (as many as you can get out) then as Sculpting Steel comes into play choose Mesmeric Orb. This gives you a possible of 8 Mesmeric Orbs if you have a playset of each.
This of course mills your opponent as long as he is untapping permanents and yourself as well. Which is where Gaea's Blessing, Life From The Loam, and Darkblast come into play nicely.
Once Gaea's Blessing hits your graveyard from your library, everything in your graveyard gets shuffled back into your library. Just be sure to dredge your Life From The Loam and Darkblast.
With Life From The Loam you can put some some helpful lands back into your hand. Helpful lands might be some type of "cycling" lands so you are always drawing cards, land fetch cards if you have the wallet for them, or maybe even a Ghostly Quarter?
You can keep dredging your Darkblast to take out the wee ones.
After you have those cards in your deck you can just pack the rest with a bunch of counters like Rune Snag, Mana Leak, etc to control big guys or enchantment/artifacts from hitting the board. Add some other black spells to kill crits you don't want to waste counters on.
Lol you can add Glimpse The Unthinkable if you want to have the chance to mill even faster.
