Have aether vial in play with at least 2 charge counters. When your opponent attacks, block with your changeling and use the glyph. Then, before your creature is destroyed, use the vial to play dracoplasm. The glyph's power now belongs to dracoplams.

Which gives you a 10/1 flyer with firebreathing. Pretty good, nice use of glyphs
