Entomb places Karrthus in your graveyard. Then play shields on your opponent. Now, when you use exhume to bring your dragon back, you will gain control of all your opponent's creatures and are able to attack with all of them.

entomb and exhume are a combo on their own, not really needed here

Though this is a powerful combo

I like this. It's low cost and you could use this with any creature of any color. Very nice.

Well, there's one problem with this.....if you cast Shields before you Exhume, the Shields will not affect the exhumed creature your opponent chooses. When Shields is casted it affects only the creatures in play "as the spell resolves".  If you cast Shields in response to your own Exhume, it still will not affect the exhumed creatures because the Exhume is still on the stack as Shields resolves.  Sorry guys.  I posted a similar combo with these.....
