Attack with the elf, forcing all of your opponent's creatures to block it. Then use Reconnaissance to remove him from combat, allowing the rest of your creatures a clear shot.

Deathtouch and venomous fangs requier you to do dammage to the creature to work. This would make them prey for archers though.

venom would work the best, attack , your opponent declares all his creatures as blockers, use your reconisance to remove your attacker, venom then kills all the oppoenents creatures, not to mention it forms a natural mana progression

Gericault is right... Venom is not deathtouch... It can do deathtouch without touching (dealing damage) the creature, it only requires a creature to face the enchanted creature (Tauting Elf) and it's dead... Venom = death, literally...

I think you mean the other way around, Venom has to actully do combat damage to work and Deathtouch does not. It resolves before combat damage takes place to the attacking creature.

I could be wrong, You guys are the smarties.

If you read Venom more carefully, it actually says "If enchanted creature blocks or is blocked by any non-Wall creature, destroy that creature at end of combat.". So, as long as your opponent's creatures block the elf, which they have to do, they will die.

I was not reading Venom, lol. I was reading venomous fangs.

Misunderstanding, Venom is different than deathtouch ofcourse.

New word of the day for me - Venomize, in palce of minimize, which is a word I use at work all the time in meetings and on the field. I will switch to observe peoples reactions.

Use in sentence - I would venomize your attitude if I were you.

I will report my observations on this tread later after work today. It should be pretty funny!
