Enchant Wild Cantor with Splinter Twin. Tap the Cantor to put a Cantor into play. Sacrifice the token for 1 blue mana. Untap the first Wild Cantor. Repeat FTW.

This combo doesnt do infinite damage because tokens never hit the graveyard so hissing iguanars triggered ability doesnt activate.

yes they do they just cease to exist once in the grave
