This combo works using a card that would normally just be used to gain a quick advantage, Illusions of grandeur, and mixing it with a quick life-gain card, Boon Reflection, to make a quick 20 life gain.
Make sure you already have Boon Reflection and Temporal adept out, or if you want to be quick about it, just have Boon Reflection out, and then play the illusion of grandeur and Bam, 40 life, and you only lose 20 when it leaves, which is why it pays to have the Temporal Adept out, because then you just bounce and repeat.
