So I'm trying to figure out how to make my Burn deck better. Do I add a bunch of the really good burn creatures (i.e. Hell's Thunder, Ball Lightning ...)
At the moment I have a few creatures mixed in with burn spells and 2 pyromancer ascensions. The issue is that I can get my opponents down to a little life left, then run out of spells and get crushed. So do I get 4 Thunderblusts and 4 Hell's Thunder and the others or go to pure spells and hope to draw better?

I would suggest adding Ball Lightnings, Hellspark Elemental, and Zektar Shrine Expedition.

your facing the biggest problem of burn decks running out of steam before your opponenet does.  Is this standard or casual

I would add Brimstone Mage for repeated Lightning Bolts!

Yeah, you would either burn them to death or draw cards that would let you do so.

It's casual. I'm thinking of turning it creature based. 4 Zetkar Shrines. 4 Thunderblusts 4 Hells Thunder... Also I have Dominus of Fealty and Ward of Bones. Ward of Bones would stop most decks and allow me to pick off creatures. Whereas DoF lets me steal them... worth the space in the deck or no?

All of those are kinda slow cards for a burn deck (I had assumed you meant speed burn) you may not want to go very creature heavy for a burn deck. It tends to be stopped easier that direct burn.

I see what you mean, but those cards either have trample or flying. And you get better damage for the mana cost, Hell's thunder also give the unearth possibility. 5 mana for a 7/2 persist then it gets trample on a second go round.

go with lin  I was going to suggest Browbeat as well since it goes so well in a burn deck, in addition the ward, dominous, thunderblust don't fit in a burn deck as they are to slow. Shrines should go as well in my opinion 

In my opinion when you play a burn deck everything you play should do damage to your opponent, don't worry about there creatures just kill them faster then they kill you. 

flame jet, flame javalin, flame rift, incinrate, flame of the blood hand, sulfer vortex are all solid cards that can replace those.  also I personally likequest for the pure flame- its easy to get the counters on it and with the proper set up it can push your burn over the edge
