First, make sure you at least control one creature.
If you do not wait until you control one, then do the following:

*Play Plague Wind killing all of your opponents creatures.

*Play Biorhythm which will put your opponent at zero life and you at 1, or higher.

too high cost to be really worth it, you'd probably be dead by then...
