Start out by playing Time Warp and gaining the extra turn, then play Eternal Witness to get back the Time Warp. On your next turn play Eratic Portal and Time Warp again for an additional turn. On your third turn return Eternal Witness to your hand using the ability of Erratic Portal and continue replaying her to get back the Time Warp.
